These terms set out how the Lugacious website works, what happens when you place an order, and where responsibility sits between you and the store. They apply to every visitor and buyer, and they are written to be read without a lawyer on standby.
Browsing the catalogue is free and does not commit you to anything. When you confirm a cart and complete checkout, that confirmation forms a binding contract under South African law. You confirm you are at least 18 and that the delivery details you give are correct.
Shell material, wheel type, handle height, locked dimensions and empty weight are recorded in good faith from supplier specifications and our own measurements. Small variations can occur between production batches, and cabin-limit notes are guidance only. The final call on what fits in the cabin always rests with the airline at the gate.
Studio photography, sizing charts and written descriptions on this site belong to Lugacious. You may reference them when sharing a link or writing a review. Copying the catalogue into another store, scraping product data, or reselling our content without written permission is not allowed.
Spare wheels, combination locks and compression straps are sold as separate accessories. They are designed for the models listed on each product page, but they must be fitted correctly. Damage caused by a wheel installed the wrong way round, an over-tightened strap or a forced lock is not covered.
We are not liable for courier delays outside our control, for airline decisions about cabin size, or for normal wear such as scuffed corners, worn tread or a stretched zip after regular use. Where liability does apply, it is limited to the value of the item purchased.
We may update these terms as the shop grows, and the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
