When you send a sizing question or check out, we receive your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the message you write. We also record basic technical data: browser type, device, pages viewed and cart events. Nothing more than what the order or the question actually needs.
We use cookies to keep your cart intact between visits and to measure which product pages people actually read. Analytics tools collect aggregated traffic and event data. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the cart may then forget items between sessions.
To confirm orders, arrange delivery or collection in Johannesburg, Durban and Pretoria, answer questions about shell material, wheel type or locked dimensions, and handle returns on unused items with tags attached. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Limited third-party providers help us run the shop: hosting, analytics, email and form handling, and courier partners for shipments. They receive only what their task requires and are bound to keep it confidential. Records are kept as long as needed for orders, support and legal obligations.
