Orders leave our Cape Town base and travel nationwide. Timing depends on the destination and the method you pick, so a Cape Town address and an outlying town are not the same trip.
Collection option
Johannesburg, Durban and Pretoria hold orders for buyers who would rather collect. It suits larger check-in cases, or anyone travelling and unable to receive a parcel at home.
Handover
Home delivery arrives at the address on the order. Collection-point orders stay on the shelf until you come for them, so nothing is returned early if your plans shift.
A few terms on this page get read in more than one way, so it is worth pinning them down before you place an order. Nothing below changes the checkout flow. It just sets expectations about how parcels move and when a delivery is considered complete.
Dispatch is the moment your order leaves the Cape Town warehouse and a tracking reference is issued. Delivery is when the parcel reaches you or your chosen collection point. Courier delays between those two points are outside our control, and the tracking reference is the honest source of truth for where things stand.
Orders sent to Johannesburg, Durban or Pretoria sit at the collection point until you pick them up. They are not re-routed to a home address afterwards, and they are not handed to a third party on your behalf. Bring the order reference and an ID matching the name on the order.

Locked dimensions and empty weight on each product page describe the bag itself. Once you pack it, the parcel gets bigger and heavier. If a case sits close to a courier size limit, treat the listed dimensions as a starting point and allow room for straps, tags and packing cubes.
There is no single delivery window that applies to the whole country. Metro addresses, outlying areas and collection-point orders each move on their own schedule, and public holidays push things out further. We do not promise same-day or next-day arrival, and any estimate you see at checkout is a working figure rather than a commitment.
